The Services includes without limitation travel-related information, pricing availability and reservations for airlines, hotels, railway, holiday packages, adventure activities, bus and car rentals across cities and rural areas throughout India. Services shall include all those Services which Alternate Atlas Travels will provide in future. Alternate Atlas Travels is the facilitator of the Services which are being offered and rendered by the third party vendors (“Service Providers”).

This User Agreement is applicable to all Alternate Atlas Travels Services. In addition to this User Agreement and depending on the Services opted by the User, the User shall be required to read and accept the relevant terms and conditions of Service (TOS) for each such Service, which may be updated or modified by Alternate Atlas Travels from time to time. Such TOS shall be deemed to be a part of this User Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such TOS and this User Agreement, the terms of TOS shall prevail.

The Services are offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this User Agreement and the TOS, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that availing of the Services by the User constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of this User Agreement and the TOS. If the User does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices or the terms and conditions of the TOS the User must not avail the Alternate Atlas Travels Services.

Additionally, the Service Provider itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service. The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including without limitation terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers’ fare rules, contract of carriage or house rules.

Alternate Atlas Travels at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the User through the Website or otherwise without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any Service by Alternate Atlas Travels is not complete until 50% money towards the Service is received from the User by Alternate Atlas Travels. The balance amount is to be paid two weeks prior to the commencement of the package.

User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that he has read and fully understands the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy of Alternate Atlas Travels as given in the Website without any change.

Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
